Manual diesel operated egg laying block machine.

 

This is a manual egg laying block making machine. Good concrete blocks with sharp edges can be produced with the use of power/vibrator. This machine is fitted with a diesel engine, which is good for use in the rural areas where there are frequent power outages. Its comes equipped with a vibrator, 1440 RPM and weigh about 700 Kgs.

Size of Molds:

400 x 200 x 100 (4") blocks 4 blocks per stroke 2000 per day
400 x 200 x 150 (6") blocks 3 blocks per stroke 1500 per day
400 x 200 X 200 (8') blocks 2 blocks per stroke 1000 per day
