COMPARE THE QUALITYThe Manual Press, SBS-010 has a strong structure, it is not a disposable press, Its joints all have ball-bearings, avoiding natural erosion and Keeping the bricks' accuracy. Its mould is fixed through screws, allowing its replacement. VERSATILITYSBS-010 is versatile because besides manufacturing 2 bricks per cycle, with a simple change of tools, it is possible to manufacture conventional bricks (with no holes) keeping the same quality of modular bricks (with holes). The conventional brick kit is optional and sold apart. LINKThe modular bricks produced by SBS-010 have a perfect finishing, the corners are stripped, the links are deep (1 cm-10m/m) providing a perfect and resistant lock on the wall. LOW COSTUsing your own soil, if it is an adequate soil (sandy soil) and having the correct mixture, the bricks can have a relatively low cost. SHAPESSBS features 2 kinds of soil-cement press, one for 10cm x 20cm x 5cm bricks and another one for 12.5cm x 25cm x 6.25cm bricks. We also manufacture a grinder which facilitates the mixture and improve the finishing of the bricks. |

With the help of the MANUAL PRESS FOR SOIL - CEMENT BRICKS - SBS-010 , you have the capacity of producing up to 2000 bricks/day at a low cost. This soil-cement technology, which exists since ancient Egypt and has been adjusted for our time, makes any investment feasible. Its system, according to its own name, has a mixture of a certain amount of soil and cement.
